Ka Malanai in Kailua is the largest new residential development in Kailua in the last 20 years.  Centrally located in the heart of Kailua Town, Ka Malanai consists of eight attractive four-story condominium buildings.  Ka Malanai features eight floor plans, featuring one, two, and three bedrooms, ranging from 719 to 1,811 different square feet. There is no roof space for solar. HOA (Maintenance
Fees) will be $400-700/month. Even though there will be no amenities, the rising cost
of water/sewer, insurance costs, and security will drive up HOA fees. The
complex will be pet friendly with a limit. All 1-bedroom units will have either
one parking or two parking spaces. 2 & 3 Bedroom units will have two
parking spaces.
